Just wanted to introduce myself to let you know a little about me and my car. I just traded for a 1981 automatic spider that needs some work on the floorpan and brakes. he says that all the electrics work! I have my doubts about that! Anyway my wife really wanted a Fiat and doesn't know how to drive a stick so when I found this automatic she made me call! Now I have to get myself one too!!! I'm sure I'll be bothering you guys a lot trying to get hers going. I'm into just about everything and have all kinds of hairbrained ideas for this thing so I think its going to be fun!

Welcome to the forum. Did I see that right, the car is a Turbo with an automatic transmission?
In what part of the world do you hang your hat?

I live in Fatetteville arkansas. It is not a turbo. The day I traded for that car I also bought a Turbo 81 and thought that I was keeping it. One of my friends then sold his 78 and long story short he now has the turbo! guess I need to change my profile
