Hi all.
I bought my 1981 fiat spider 4 years ago when i was leaving to go to college. My neighbor had it sitting around and couldn't get it running and i finally got the courage to ask him about it, he gave me the keys and said i could have it for the summer and if i got it running i could use it for the summer and buy it for a grand if i wanted it. I love the car and plan on having it for my lifetime. Just had my first major issue i couldn't tackle alone and am reaching out on here. Glad to be apart of a knowledgeable group as a young fiat owner and look to be able to help others as well as learn.

Re: Hi from Andy
Welcome Andy! I'm afraid that freebie summer is going to cost you your heart and soul. Our beloved Spiders have a tendancy to get under your skin at a tender age and it's something you won't shake, no matter how old you get. My first was when I was 18 and 30 years later, I have one for every day of the week.
