new member, but alas no more spyder

I have owned two spyders, a black 1975 and a green 1974. The former was towed away to never never land after a front end collisions, the latter died a slow death of neglect after rusted body parts prevented vt state inspection passage.

But they both live on in my dreams. Reoccurring dreams of driving a mechanically perfect but unregistered vehicle away from the eyes of law enforcement.

Someday, I will own another, maybe when the kid gets through college. A california car that I can fly out to pick up and drive home to vermont.

That's one nice thing about having great people on the forum in different areas. Most wouldn't mind help finding that perfect spider for you when your ready.
