Change oil before started car up for first time in months?

Is it a good idea to change the oil in my fiat before starting it up as I haven't started her since the end of sept.? Or should I just pull the plugs and crank the engine over a few times to build up pressure? I would prefer to drain it after the engine gets warmed up, though.

Another thing should i drain the gas tank even though I put fuel stabilizer in it a few months ago or just try to get her started and then get some new gas?

New coolant was added yesterday as I replaced the rad and heater core this year, plus much more.

Any other tips would be appreciated!

I’m like you, and many other spider drivers who have cars that go into hibernation during winter.
It’s not uncommon to be in the situation you’re in. You won’t have a problem with oil quality after 8 months laying low, it wouldn't be a problem to warm her up.
Cranking it before start up to build pressure, if you wish i guess but the oil filter would have oil in it so it wouldn't be as bad as starting it on an empty filter. If you want to be precautious you can unscrew your rocker covers and oil up the cam lobes and shims a bit.
Fuel...well if it starts and goes, which it should with fuel stabiliser in it, just run it down to the gas station and dilute it with some fresh stuff.
Exciting when you start them after a while, I tend to break out a cigar for that.

I usually change the oil before winter hibernation, (I heard contaminated oil can attack the bearings). I usually underfill it by about a half quart so I can fill each cam housing before startup. I learned that I can buy ethanol free 92 octane fuel at my local oil distributer, (but not in time for this winter). You have to sign a waiver that is for off road or small engine use. That being said, I went for a drive this weekend on 6 mo old gas with stabilizer in it and the car ran great.

She started! That new gear reduction starter is sweet!

I first pulled the plug wires and disconnected the ground for the electrical fuel pump and then turned her over a few times. Then connected everything again and she didn't start at first but I pumped the pedal a few times then gave it another shot. Then she started and ran well
