Hello everyone, I'm Willie Carter, my son is Will Carter. We will be getting a '81 spider 2000 project. This isn't are first fiat, about 6 years ago we restored a '76 124, and now just finishing up a '74 X1/9. The 124 was my sons first time in the garage, at age 5 he learned alot, he is 12 now and the last 2 years we have been working on the X.
The spider 2000 just fell on to us and really can't pass up the opportunity to get it. It was a complete and running car but some engein mods made it undrivable. Now we get it and the top end is out so the first thing we will do is build the motor so we can go for a ride.
I hope to get alot of info and advise from this site, first thing I do need is a good shop manual.
