Brake Overhaul, no upgrade

Post by jimmycakes401 »

I see a lot of folks talking about upgrading and such. I was wondering if any of the vendors sold a full overhaul kit. I see Bayless has some for different cars, but not the 124. I was just hoping I could get calipers (front and back), pads, disks, hoses all in one simple package with maybe a discount for getting everything all at once. Rather than piece it all out and price it all out.

e-mail all the usual players and tell em what you want. they can sort out the parts and quote you a price

Okee doke. I'm actually making a spread sheet of everyone right now, just to get an idea of total cost sans-bulk-discount.

Thanks! Will do. I just got three of them apart and they look rebuildable. The fourth, I can't get the piston out.

put compressed air to the hose inlet. make sure you have something soft in front of the piston you do dont hurt anything.
