Hello From Kansas!

Post by Timmy »

I am writing on behalf of my coworker Tim!

Tim is the proud owner of a 1981 Fiat Spider 2000 Turbo. The car was purchased new and has approximately 42000 original miles on it. The car has been garaged since it was purchased and is in above average condition. The vehicle was driven occasionally until about 3 years ago. Some of us around here have some vehicle knowledge but none of us have experience with Fiats. Tim would like to get the car back up and running 100% and is looking for some advice on a good mechanic. The car starts and runs but it needs a good once over pretty badly. We are based in Kansas City, KS and if anyone has a good lead on a shop that could even be considered local, it'd be a great start to getting Tim back on the road. We appreciate any information in advance, and hope to contribute to the board in some way, shape, or form. Look forward to learning from all of you in the future too!
