wipers

i dont understand the wipers in the older fiats. seems when u put them on u get this clicking sound and barely moves, and that turning the intermit knob. other then that u can put the wiper lever in the other postilion and then they work fine, so what the deal with the clicking going on
what size fuse's are suppose to be in the box. i got one blue and the rest white, i dont think that correct?

the clicking is a relay

if its running slow its probably the old grease on the pivot points "under the valance"gunked up
or the motor is getting wornout

that if u turn the wiper knob thingy , then it slow an d jerky, other wise there no clicking and the wipers are smooth, but why does it click. my 69 does it too

the clicking is a timmer for the delayed wiper mode or the relay geting hot

how do u fix that, new relay. my wipers do work the right way
