Hello all,
The wife got a '79 124, red, just for fun.
I am handy with a wrench and have been
going through the systems. As far as I can tell
we are the third or fourth owner.
The first owner had the car for several years and gave it to his son.
He did some fix up and sold it. The new owner garaged the car
for nine years then sold it. We now have the car.
My issues right now is fuel delivery. Have 28/32 ADHA Carb that is idling rough
Any thoughts?

Welcome to the Forum. There are a lot of very knowledgeable folks here that will help you through anything related to restoring or maintaining our beloved 124's. I am about ready to put back together my 1975 124 engine after having the upper end restored. I have also accumulated a lot of extra parts so if you need something just let me know. I am just down the road (in Corvallis).

Re: Hello from Salem Oregon
I should have mentioned that I replaced my 32 ADFA with a new 32/36 DFEV that I bought from Mark Allison. After researching the cost/benefit ratio of rebuilding vs. buying an upgrade I went with the upgrade. As I am sill putting my engine back together it is too soon to endorse my decision. I will post the results later.
