Hi Guys,
What do you think? Would these make good push pull cables for the heater?

The only issue that i can see is the lenght of the mecanism, you will have to bent the cable a lot.
Re: Push Pull heater controls
I was planning on cutting it down to the exact length needed.

By mecanism, i mean the rigid rod right after the knob. It look pretty long.

Thanks Matt,
Do the cables have knobs like this one? I was thinking of doing something custom and removing the center console.
This is a job I probably won't start until winter. I'm not exactly which direction I'll be taking as of yet.

No, they are just the stock cables removed from parts cars.

I will be doing something similar in mine. I'll be very interested in seeing yours come together... since the overall quality and thoughtfulness of your work tends to be far superior to my own....
I'm no Boy-Racer..... but if I can't take every on-ramp at TWICE the posted limit.... I'm a total failure!

Re: Push Pull heater controls
I've got a similar plan for my '72, since I've already removed the stock heater controls and rear of the console. Hopefully Brady will perfect it first.
