Hi from Australia

Post by littlegreenfiat »

Just being polite and saying hello. Had the pleasure of driving a fiat spider as a teenager, first manual I learned to drive and oh my didn't I destroy that gearbox! Sweet little car. I don't know what year it was, so I thought I would post a photo for some assistance. Would love to buy one the same but classics here are very expensive.

Hello and Welcome!

Your photo didn't post. See the thread in the "Discussions" tab for hints.

Yes, I would imagine that Spiders are particularly dear in RHD countries, as Fiat never made a factory version, and neither the dash or engine compartment is symmetrical. Several of your mates use this forum, maybe they can chime in about availability. Enjoy your Summer! We need plenty of virtual driving experiences, as Autumn is upon us :(

G'day Littlegreenfiat, welcome to the forum. I don't know where in Aus you're located, but if you can't find a Spider to meet your budget, there's always a range of 124 coupes on the market that are usually more affordable.
