Hello, I just bought a '69 spider from the original owner on the Florida west coast. The seller was very complete in his description of the car. There are some engine issues but the rest of the car looks pretty good (buying sight unseen from pictures is always an adventure!)
Hopefully I'll have the car over here in Fort Lauderdale in the next week or so. I've had/restored a number of Fiat/Lancia products (1960 1200 Cabrolet, 1960 Lancia Appia convertible, and a whole bunch of various Lancia Beta models) but never a 124.
Let the fun begin!

Hi,
Nice to hear of another early Spider. Please post pics once you get the car!
My brother lives in FT.L. and I've visited there many times. He has a '81 Spider street/race car he is trying to sell, as he just does not have time to drive/fix it.

OK let's see if I can post some photos...
I have it running but there are still some carb issues I need to sort out. I'm really impressed how original and unmolested it is.

Dang! That looks great! It does look amazingly unmolested.
Just polish the paint and replace those faded rear lenses, and she'll look like a million dollars!
