Hello to all. Just picked up a 1980 Spider in great shape. This is my third Fiat, having had a '74 and a '79 X1/9. Loved them both, but wanted a true open air convertible this time around. Great car so far! Sat in a garage and had 2300 miles put on it by prior owner in 11 years. Engine and Drivetrain very solid, NO rust anywhere, electrics a mess, :^) Interior poor. Will be doing a mostly cosmetic restoration in the Spring. Pete.

hello and welcome
most wireing problems are ground related
and under the hood there are 2 ground spots ft inner fenders
and the engine ground

Welcome. There are a few of us in Massachusetts.

Next summer I'm going to try to get a ride together - it seems like there are a lot of active communities around the country, but less so in New England.

Post a picture so we can see the car!

Looking forward to Cruise Night every other Thursday at Bass Pro on Rt 1 in Foxboro. Starts up in May I think. Last year was held on the first and third Thursdays until July, then shifted, so need to check the schedule next Spring. Hope to see a few Spiders there!
