Hi, I am hoping someone can post some photos of what the interior trunk latch that holds the trunk in an OPEN position looks like.
I have a 1977 Fiat Spider with the missing latch.

I don't have the lower little pocket mounted inside the trunk lip on my 78 so mine support sits in the valley outside the weatherstripping when the trunk lid is up.
And I added a piece of foam padding to mine too, put pad where it springs back to so if it gets away from me it won't dent the trunk lid.
