Ground Pods

Post by RDSPYDR »

I cleaned and redid the one under the dash and one on each inner fender well. Is there one in the trunk or any other place I missed ? I would like to get them all done at the same time. Thanks :D

There should be at least one, if not two ground connections in the trunk. The tail lights are grounded through the body via one of the tail light mounting studs.

Do you guys use any kind of chemical treatment (passivation, etc.) on these pods, or just wire brush/drill?

I use some stuff called Hilco Lube that actually cleans the terminal and is dialectric. It is the best I have found for cleaning
electrical connections. It also never dries.
