That goes on the time/temp switch, under the manifold just aft of the oil vapor separator.

Under the manifold? I shall take a peak under there.

You're certainly welcome. That switch activates the cold start valve, so this time of year it comes in handy.

Yes, that's the connector that receives a signal from the thermo/time switch. On cold start the thermo/time switch passes 12V up to the cold start valve for a few seconds to give you a richer mixture.

Oh gotcha. So the brown one goes to the switch and the blue one goes to the valve. Need to find my port. Still looking. LOL
Re: Uknown Wire - Near Fuel Rail
Found it! Looks really dirty. Will need to do some cleaning.

Here is a picture for anyone in the future reading this post that still can't figure it out. LOL. I bet most folks will find it faster than I did.

All right! That's the one that gives people the most headache to replace, being in such an awkward place. After it's hooked up you can check whether it's working properly by putting a noid light on the connector at the cold start valve. During cold starts the light should stay on continuously for a few seconds (maybe 6-10) then shut off.

Re: Uknown Wire - Near Fuel Rail
The PO had messed around with the cold start wiring and put a switch under the front dash. They never finished wiring it, so I have no idea what they were doing. Maybe it won't work. Who knows. Only time will tell. LOL. I cleaned up all their wiring so I could start from square one.
