Hello all,
My name is Neal and i live in Ky. I just bought a 1982 Spider. It is the 4th one that i've owned since i was 16. I started with a 1969, then a 1981, then another 1981, now a 1982. I always loved these cars and wanted a project for the winter. I will post some pics soon. Looking forward to lots of reading of posts on the forum.
Here is a pic of the new Spider.

Neal, funny how that works when you owned one or two or three, sell or scrap, come back for more. I have an 82 now as well. Had a 76 and an 83. looking forward to seeing some pics.
Buon giro a tutti! - enjoy the ride!

KY2000... I saw this one listed in Louisville a month or two ago. I was even thinking of purchasing it, but got a 74 instead, that needed a little more TLC. I like a challenge... lol. Seems to be a well maintained, beautiful car! Hope you got a good deal on her

Hi Neal,
Looks like a beauty, congratulations! I just bought an '85 that looks just like yours but have not yet got it home to my garage. Please post more photos and tell us what you find as you look around and drive her. I have owned several Fiats from 1959-1974 but never a "modern" one like this with fuel injection, electronic ignition, bigger wheels and brakes, better charging and cooling systems, power windows, air conditioning etc.

Thanks to all,
Overall i am very happy with the car. It's been well maintained over the years. I am doing alot of cleaning and adjusting inside and out. I enjoy the detailing these old cars, and not having to spend ton of cash or nuckel skin. HaHa...
