Hello from Austin. Welcome. I also recently purchased an '80. It's a running project that will likely be driven rather than restored for the forseeable future.

You will find out that there is a knowledgeable group of Texas Fiat owners here. Not to mention from all over the world as well. It's great.

Hello from DFW!
There is a Fiat club in Houston, with members in Austin and San Antonio. We have hillcontry drives in the fall and spring.
We also have an email mailing. PM me if you want me to put you in contact with the club.

Welcome from Foxboro, MA! (Too far for lunch, but someone's lunch is going to be eaten this weekend at the stadium I think. <{:^)
I worked in Richardson for HP/Altron back in the day and always enjoyed my visits there. Great people, great place. This forum also has many friendly and knowledgeable people too, who I always find very helpful. Good luck with your project!
