What is the decal in front of the rear fender? Is that factory or installed by a P.O.?
The origianal owner hand some hand painted pin striping down on the car. Not much but I think it is pretty cool even though not original to car. I really lucked out on this car. It has the original tires and the car is immaculate.

The car came from Jacksonville, FL. I purchased car after a couple of ebay bidders failed to keep up there end of the bargain-lucky for me and their unresponsiveness after the bidding process assisted me in getting a great deal on the car.

Really nice! This car came with a new top and the guy is in the process of shipping it to me. Are the tops difficult to install

I'm sure if we take our time, and follow the directions that came with it, I'ts not to hard to install.
But i'd rather let a Pro do it, so know it's done right.

It would be alot cheaper to do it myself.

Yes. I would rather also but finding one in the Charlotte, NC area has not yielded any leads. My friend said he installed his ownand it was not too complex of a task. The issue you normally run into is specialized tooling. I will research/read the directions first then see if I had tools to tackle such a task.

the top isnt hard to put on
even if its wrong if you put as much effort into it as you did getting the pics right
all will work out in the end

remove trim and old top then
center the top on the top bow and tighten
center the top at the rear bar mount
push the rear down and tighten
close the top
then pull the cables with vicegrips and tighten the mount
re install trim

ive done it four times
when you do everything correct people arent sure youve done anything at all (futurama)
