I agree with rrrrrob, This is exactly what I did on my car and it worked.
From the sounds of how your car will start and die it sounds almost identical to what mine was.

Just watched your video. I thought I was watching me try to start my car before I put the seafoam in!

Some people say they don't like using seafoam, but from my experience it's what made my car finally run.

Keep at it, you'll get it fired up!

It's running! But the thermostat isn't opening or something. It's getting REALLY hot and none of my hoses are hot....

ok... for the time being you can run a hose from the two heater pipes to each other eliminating the heater all together. NO kinks, let it flow. when you get a new core reconnect the hoses.

Yeah. I was thinking of bypassing. I think I'm going to go in and take the whole thing out since I have the whole car apart already. Are they fixable like the radiator? I fixed the radiator.

There was another recent post about a heater core... here

I replaced mine years ago, vaguely remember doing it.

Jimmy,

Your interior is all apart so pulling the heater core isn't a real big deal. Its covered in the book. Don't lose the 4 snap clamps.

A local radiator shop will check it for you but you should probably count on replacing it. The suppliers have them. You probably need the valve too although that's easy to check.

i would start by disconnecting the fuel return line after the injector rail. put it in a pale pail ( ) and see if you are getting full gas to your injectors. If you have that, then you need to look at your injectors.

My gas problem has been resolved. The Seafoam cleaned it all out and it seems to be running quite well. I'll post more video after I figure out what to do about my heater core. Can't afford to replace it right now, so I'll probably bypass it for the time being.
