Excited New Owner - NE GA

Post by Takedown »

I've been looking around for a Fiat for some time. Finally found one that's 75% restored at reasonable cost. Motor and clutch works great. Looking forward to spending time completing the restoration and fixing (or minimizing) the oil leak...
Pictures to follow soon.

Welcome to the forum!

FWIW, Fiat Freak Out, the largest Fiat meet in the US will be in Virginia in early August.
If you want to see hundreds of Fiat and get ideas on what to do with yours it may be worth a trip. NE GA is a lot closer to VA than I am!

Welcome. There is a growing group of owners in Georgia.
Early October we have the Atlanta Italian Car Day in downtown Norcross. Get your can ready and come down to meet a lot of people from this board.

Welcome - If you need some help with it give Allen a call down at Southside Fiat in Riverdale (South Atlanta). He's got a Fiat shop down there and works on the old ones since 1968.

Welcome from up north. I wasn't looking for a Fiat , it just fell out of the sky into my hands.
Very fun car and somewhat enjoyable to work on, unlike anything newer.
Good luck with your new toy.
