Hello, I'm a new Spider owner in the Phoenix, AZ area. My son and I found a relatively low-mileage 1980 FI Spider on CL that has been garaged for roughly the last 22 years. I cut my teeth on an old Sprite as a teenager and thought the Fiat would be a great learning experience for him. We're now in the process of getting it back on the road -- everything rubber on the car is shot due to the dry AZ climate, so we're replacing seals, hoses, gaskets, and the top at this point. Doesn't run now, but hoping that the cleaned out tank and a new fuel pump will fix that.
