What is the correct battery for a 2000fi 1980 guys? Currently as a 360A/55ah installed.

I would think more than 360A. Basically, any 12 V battery with say 800 CCA or more and a reserve time of 90 minutes or more that will fit in the battery box properly will do. A battery is one of the areas where a little bigger is actually better. A trickle charge is always a good thing to have if the car is parked for longer periods of time without being driven. A negative disconnect provides cheap security and stops the clock from draining down the battery over time as well.
