Maybe he could be but have never seen the show.
Got the caliper fixed up today.
The carbide end mill cut the easyout like butter. (Probably should mention I annealed it first with a very small ox/act tip, don't like surprises)
Then drilled to tap size, ran the 8mm by 1 tap in and cleaned the remnants out.
Turned out good and saved me some money.
Probably be doing it another 3 times.
Bore is smooth, no pitting. Piston same. Just need the rubber, new bleeder screw and good to go.
Turned the rotor , cleaned up at .367, I believe .368 is minimum, don't think .001 will be an issue.
