Hey All,

Newbie Spider owner here. I just got a 1982 124 CS2 in reasonably good shape. Very little rust, the interior is still intact and most of the controls work. There were two previous owners before I came upon it in Portland Oregon. Has quite a few miles at 144 but the previous caretakers did a good job maintaining the lil lady and kept most of the records.

I stumbled upon this forum in the process of making my purchase. I gotta say the info on here is INVALUABLE.

Welcome neighbor. This forum is a huge resource so feel free to ask questions and you will receive top-notch advice. I've had my 1975 for about 18 months and have sorted out most of the mechanical issues (brakes, differential, engine) thanks to the folks on this forum. Oh .. and do post a picture of your car when you are able. Here is a good tutorial ...
