An Introduction

Hi All
Just became a member. I just got a 1980 Fiat Spider 2000. My first. I'm no expert by any means, but wanted this venture to be a way of learning a thing or two and a way to take care of my own car. Thanks in advance for all the insight!

Welcome aboard! Is your 1980 a fuel injected or a carbureted model?

Welcome. Unless you live in a major city finding an experienced (and good) mechanic that will work on our Fiats is next to impossible. Therefore most of us have learned how to be our own mechanic. I had some experience but this Forum has provided me fantastic advice over the two years I have been doing my resto-mod on my 1975. You are going to find this group of folks very helpful. So welcome and when you get a chance lets see a pic or two of your car.
