Greetings from Amsterdam!

Post by markintheair »

Hello everyone,

First of all: great job on the forum. I have just recently found out about this great source of information and enthousiasts. A place I'd really like to be a part of and share my knowledge with everyone who can use it.

I've owned an '81 FI since 2005 and I have learned a lot from her since. I did a partial restauration in 2010, resprayed it completely, took the engine out, restored it and put everything back together. Almost everything is done by myself, or my dad. As a distributor for Coker Tire in Western Europe, he has been working with and on classic cars since the mid-70's, it's his passion, and over the years, mine too.

I hope I can learn a lot more from everyone here, and maybe I can help you guys out too!

Mark.

It's lovely, too bad tourists always think it's only 2 things here... The women & the dope... Of course it is a part of Amsterdam, but it has so much more nice things to offer than just that ;)
