Ahoy from the intermountain west!

Post by RupertSportSpider »

Just got a Spider, just joined the forum. Looks like a god place for my (many) Spider questions!

The car is a '72 124 Spider, with a carbed 2000 engine. It's a bit of a project, but it has promise, and as of now, it's not too far from driving. Soon to post a topic or two related to my main questions for now, but the gist is alternator trouble and a host of small stuff to complement the cancerous floor pans.

Car is from Spokane, WA, but I live in Boise, ID. Anyone know the car or live nearby?

Wheels are Autobahn. I've never heard of them, but they look damn good.

Thanks all!
