Hi everyone,
I have a '71 that I bought in 1991 as a "Father-Son" project. I ended up moving to Seattle, getting married, and having kids. The '71 has patiently sat in the garage, waiting. I have started tinkering with it again recently. Nothing too involved. I am slowly working on stripping the paint down to the bare metal, upon which time I will start filling the door dings and getting her ready to paint. Hopefully it will not take another 21 years......

Thanks for the welcome, everyone.
Bobbo52, I'm in Bellingham. Did a road trip to Wenatchee last year. Beautiful area. It would have been a better trip in a Fiat. Perhaps one day.

Re: Newbie in Washington
Hello; I have been out of town for the past couple of weeks, but I have a nice 71 here in Seattle and there are some folks around town that can work on them too. I always get some nice nods when I drive around with the top down of course on a nice Seattle day.
Cheers,
Bud
