$28 Brake master cyl. - who has it?

Searching a while back for cures for my brake issues, I came across a new in the box brake master for $28 US. I think it might have been a Yugo site, but can't find it now. Anyone seen this?

A couple of months ago I bought one from a vendor that has been mentioned on here. When I loooked at it I noticed the nipples where smaller than the originals. When I called they said the nipples were all the same size. I could not get the hose to tighten enough. When I called back, they then told me the smaller nipples were for the earlier models and the later had the larger nipples. When I said I ordered a MC for an 85 on their website and that it should have had the larger nipples, they told me the smaller ones would work. I contacted AutoRicambi and they helped me out and sent me the larger nipples ASAP. Go figure. When you order make the nipples are the correct size for your year.
