relay and switches in 81 spider

I am down to one last thing to fix to get my spider certified in B.C. The fasten seat belt light stays on.....and on and on.
I have checked just about everything and my local parts guy is no help in the following question. Does anyone know what the bosch relay numbers are for the seat belt warning delay switch, (appears to be a relay also), fasten belts relay, the horn relay and the power windows relay. All the relays were out when I got the vehicle and there were only 3 at the time.

The wiring diagram component list calls out a delay switch for the seat belt indicator. Do you think this is the one you're looking for?

It says it is a delay switch but what was plugged in there was a bosch relay 0332014107. I think that is the problem.
