Anyone know a place that sell good quality gas tanks for FI 81 spider? The muratic acid ate the baffles in mine. The crap of it all was the tank was not that bad...I was just doing overkill before I installed the new and expensive bosch pump!

I bought a tank from Ramzi and Csaba. It is new but doesnt have baffles. Construction and thickness of metal is good. Fit is good. My old tank was wroughted out and sealed. The job was poorly done as i now have rust and flakes in the tank. I gave up trying to make it right and bit the bullet for a new one.

Just ordered a new tank and fuel sending unit from Csaba. Should put to rest any potential fuel issue. I can also sell the car now truthfully saying that no major component is not new, rebuilt or inspected.
