I’m converting my -75 to fuel injection and I can’t see to find where to connect theses two wires, hoping that you guys can give some direction

You don't plug them.

Pretty sure those two plugs were for the high altitude compensator?? Not needed, just leave un-plugged.

Yes this sensor is only used at the latest models...
CS0 2000 f.i. 79, Abarth 500C 595 2013, Ford C-MAX 1.0 Ecoboost 2015
