Where to find Rubber Caps in Wheel Wells

Hi All,

I have a 1985 Pininfarina Spider. Some of the rubber caps that stop up the access holes in the wheel wells are missing. I can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know of a place to get them? Would appreciate it SO much.
