Hella Headlight Question

I am looking at the Hellla Headlight and have a question. Some websites I see a 7" conversion kit and some websites I see a 165mm conversion kit. 165 mm converts to 6.5 inches. Are these the same size? Will a 165mm fit a Fiat? Thanks.
