Hi All,

I got a 1975 Fiat Spider, and it needs work. I've already read thru some of the postings and got a lot of good information. I'm glad there's a forum like this, I know I'll be visiting quite often.

I also noticed there's a MD/VA group around. I plan to hook up with them in the near future.

Thanks for the site and all the great information,

Hello and Welcome! The DC Fiats club can be found here. http://www.dcfiats.org

You missed a great ride on Sunday. The weather was spectacular. We had 19 Fiats for the drive and 30 folks for lunch.

A "Flowmax" stop, mandatory for our rides. 8)

Are we there yet?

Restaurant parking lot. Lots of civilians came over to talk with us.

A great "down home" diner.

Hope to see you on a future drive. You'll meet a lot of great people, learn about your car, and discover local resources for your restoration.

I stopped by before you all took off from the West Friendship parking lot. I was on my way to an Orioles game so I didn't stick around too long. I'd like to meet up with some other Fiat owners to talk about "how a Fiat works". Any other meets planned soon?

This sounds like a great group. Someday I am going to trailer my 80FI down and join one of these rides.

Capt. John's Crab Run in the Fall is always well-subscribed, and highly recommended. Any of you finding yourselves in the DC area on a ride weekend are encouraged to contact me beforehand; we my be able to find you a car.

Video from Sunday below. Dave's vintage 500 was in the shop, so he is driving the Mondial. His daughter provided the sound track. The Karman Ghia is owned by a club member; his Fiat was unservicable for the drive.
