New member in NC

[1977Spider]

Just a quick note from a new member in the Raleigh, NC area. My toy is a '77 Fiat 124 Spider. My son bought it after high school and I took it over in 2003 after he realized the regular maintenance and TLC these beauties require were not his thing. Since then it has been both a labor of love and test of patience. But it's been worth it. Most recently I had it painted - a FULL paint job. It looks great and I'll make some pics available when I have the time to set-up the photobucket thing. In the meantime, classic Fiat owners in the NC, SC, VA area please keep me in mind for any events in the area. My wife and I attended the FFO in Asheville, NC back in 2003 and really enjoyed meeting other Fiat brethren (I also have LOTS of pics from that event). We'd enjoy doing more of the same soon.
