relay cross index

My rad cooling fan relay is suspect (I have power to the relay receptacle but not beyond).
Is there a way to try another of the relays in the group just to verify that the fan relay is indeed inop?
Are there generic relays available or some way to cross index rather than having to order and pay exorbitant shipping?

The vehicle is a '75 spider, relay is a Sipea 12v 0005 5d 30/51.

yes, there is a relay interchange guide. Most of those relays are generic Bosch 4 or 5 pin relays

Thanks for the reply Mark. This is a 3 prong Sipea, can you point me in the direction of the guide?

I opened the relay case and the 2 diodes look like they may have been tack welded to the prong, thought about trying to solder 2 new ones in there, but concerned that solder might not withstand the current flow and melt, any thoughts?
