I finally was able to dismantle my gangster lean seat. It does not appear that any welds came loose. It would appear the metal has bent, although it is hard to tell exactly where it bent. Assuming I can bend it back, how can I fix this? I assume I am going to have something welded onto the frame. What and where?

Re: Seat Back Repair
i have repaired many in my life. first thing, bolt the back back to the frame in the car, then bend it back to the correct position. then remove it and reinforce the back, there are many ways, no one is better than others, ive seen all kinds of fixes , most hold. just dont pull the top up over your right shoulder any more
