Hello from upstate NY.
I've been an owner of a 1975 Spider since about 2001. My son was the previous owner who bought it in Texas, then drove it to California, where he moved to. In 2001, he drove it to NY and I bought it from him then. I drove it for awhile, but It's been stored for about nine years, and I'm now getting it back on the road.
I'm glad I found this forum and am looking for help as I get it running again.
Regards, Karl

Re: 1975 Spider Owner
Welcome Karl.
This is a great site for any Spider owner. I made my final decision to buy another Spider based on the feedback from this forum. You should also check out the FiatSpider Facebook page. There are many owners from here that use it as well. Also really good. Mirafiori.com is a great site with really knowledgeable people. There are a few more out there as well, but between these three forums you'll be in good hands.
I'm originally from the NYC area, but moved down to the Charlotte area 6 years ago. Last spring I found an original owner rust free 81 Turbo (removed) only 4 miles from my house and have been enjoying it immensely.
Good luck and post some pics. Do a search and you'll find out how to post. Very easy to do once you learn how.
