Welcome aboard! Very nice looking car. I have an '82 Turbo as well. My turbo was leaking oil, but on the other side -- into the plenum, rather than the air cleaner housing. The Turbo was working fine, but the seals were bad. There is a place in SoCal that I sent my turbo for a rebuild over the winter. I used the opportunity to change out most of the engine gaskets while I had it apart. The engine bay is dry as a bone now and it runs like a champ. Let me know if you need any help on Turbo-specific parts/issues as I have replaced/rebuilt virtually every one.
