I'm wondering if there are any issues when replacing my sealed beam headlamp units to
CIBIE-7-HEADLIGHT-HEADLAMP-HALOGEN-With-Sidelight

No, i put Hella in mine with HID 55W 10000K. I'm small, but i'm bright

should fit fine. May want to double check to see whether the lens is glass or plastic.

You don't need the 'sidelight'. Likely it's just a 'citylight', basically a parking light. For a while in Europe they liked to put a small bulb in the headlight to use as a parking light.
