New member San Leandro CA 1972 124 Spider

Hello fellow fiat owners,

I am a recent owner of a 1972 fiat 124 Sport Spider and I love this car. It was previously my girl friends car and she gave it to me because she does not know how to work on cars and it was just wasting away in the driveway. At the moment it is in pretty rough shape but it does run couple little rust spots that need repairing and the engine bay will need some work to get it running smoothly.

My goal is to restore this car to its former glory and use it as a daily driver. This is also my first classic car restore and I cant wait to get started. I may occasionally be asking for help from all of you as it seems you all have quite a bit of knowledge about these cars.
