Location of electrical circuit ground point

I have a 1985 Fiat Pininfarina Azzurra Spider. Can anyone direct me to the location of the ground termination point where the ground wires for the radio/power window circuits ground to the body?

If it is like my 80, it will be located on the square tube that supports the bottom of the dash. should be between the steering column and the upper console.

exactly, a grounding "hub" (round 6 point connection) behind the lower dash under the wheel above the ignition.
