Hey Everyone,
I bought a 1983 Europa spider from a guy on here and wasn't disappointed at all when I got it here to PA. Had no time last summer to get it really road worthy but this summer have had the time. Had multiple electronic issues but changed the fuses under drivers dash and took care of some. What I'm left with right now is no horn or wipers. Is there a fuse I missed somewhere else or a relay that needs changed? If so where is it?
Thanks,
Dan in PA

Re: 1983 fuse/relay question
If the Spidereuropa has the same fuse configuration as the US-spec cars, then fuse "L" (16 AMP) controls the horns and the engine radiator fan motor. The horns appear to ground to the chassis. If fuse "L" is fine than remove your horn and clean the mounting contacts to ensure that you have a good ground.
The windshield wiper motor is one fuse over "M". Again check your grounds!
