washer knobs

78 fiat spider 124--center console above hazard flasher switch are two knobs, one with wiper sign and the other with some type of wiper symbol. They do not work anything-the wipers work off the handle on steering column--anyone know what they are

Wiper delay and dash light dimmer.

Not wiper delay, but wiper speed. You can change the speed on both the intermittent or continuous functions between slow and very slow

I never noticed mine changing the speed of the wipers, only the length of time between wipes. Of course I have only used them a couple of times in the last 14 years.
