Hi,
I am a newbie and joined for a few reasons. First, I am restoring my father's 1977 Spider which has been sitting for about 24 years. Second, I have a lot of parts which may be useful to other Fiat enthusiasts. Third, I will need some help getting this car back into prime form. Fourth, and most importantly, I look forward to the day I can show up at my dad's house and hand the keys to him to go for a drive.
Apologies in advance for any procedures I do not follow correctly as I am rarely in forums much less posting in them.
Once I get the car cleaned up a bit I will post some pictures as the body is in excellent condition underneath a thick layer of dust and general funk. Also I will do my best to inventory the parts which may be useful to others.
kind regards,
Kevin

Re: New Member from Virginia
Thanks for the helpful info Pete!
Sorry i hadn't replied sooner, been very busy. will read up on the posting process and get some pictures added and parts info for what i have available, and what i am looking for. my goal is a functioning car again with no major flaws in 2 months time. probably overly ambitious but there are several major factors which make 2 months an important target. will do the best i can to reach it.
Update to follow.
Thanks again,
Kevin
