Under the dash on my 1979 Spider there is a fuse holder that holds something that is the size of a fuse but is not. It is about one inch long and has copper windings leading from one end to the other.any ideas. I'm trying to attach a picture from Photobucket, but not sure how to do this.

Re: What is This???
A resistor for the temp gauge over-temp switch. That switch pegs the gauge at a certain temp (220F ?), and the the resistor is there to keep the gauge from burning out.
