Hopefully you have a wiring diagram (http://www.artigue.com has a 1975 wiring diagram if you don't).

You seem to have a lot of simultaneous problems. What I would do:

> Clean all the ground connections I could find. Make sure they are solid grounds (use a meter). This is generally good practice and will help clean up some of the wierd intermittent type problems.

> Pick a problem and solve it. Post questions as you work through it with details on what you are seeing and what you have measured. It's hard to help when a post has lots of simultaneous problems so generally people will move on to the next post (I was just about to!).

> When that problem is solved pick another one and solve it. Fairly quickly you will solve them all and have solid electricals!

The problem I would pick because it's simple and will at least fix something is the horn not working. It's a pretty straightforward circuit: horn button to relay to compressor. Use the wiring diagram and check the voltages along the path. If you have voltage all the way to the compressor make sure you have a good ground. Not sure about the 1975, but on my 81 the horn and fan shared a fuse. Given that your horn and fan both don't work I'd check that first.

Good luck and post your problems (one at a time!) as you go.

Sometimes, just sometimes the connections to the fuses in the fuse box can get corroded to a point a good cleaning gets things sorted again. I have used a dremel with a small wire brush.
