Hey Everyone,
You guys saved my bacon getting a long time project I was stuck on wrapped up this weekend, excited to keep digging into the forum. I've got a 79' carbureted 2000. It was the first car I ever owned or purchased myself. (I was 14 years old, purchased for $300 not running, no brakes, a little rust, towed home... drove around the block a couple weeks later with dad's help). Now 25 and I am just getting into a serious restoration.
Quick question I'll throw in here for laziness, Is the mirafiori intake, carburetor, and exhaust guide reliable info? I may be in the market for 1756cc intake if so.
Thanks a bunch
MD

Welcome! Where in Texas are you? I'm in the DFW area, we have a club here and most larger cities have Fiat clubs. Email me for contact info.
Yes, the Mirafiori guide is reliable, and yes, an 1800 intake an a larger carb will make a day and night difference on a carbureted 2000.
